The 21st century has brought a new onslaught of challenges in raising children. The advent of the internet, cell phones, and social media has created a perfect storm of new challenges for parents. Challenges that no generation in history has had to navigate. If you happen to also be parenting children with trauma, this can be very overwhelming. In this session we will look at the most recent data on the impact of technology on our kids, and how tech companies are designing their products to pursue children. We will look at various ways we can create guardrails around technology to keep our kids safe.
