Meet Lyndsay Mack
Lyndsay is the owner and therapist at Linden Tree Counseling and Consulting, a practice in Warsaw, Indiana offering expressive and somatic therapies. In her 12 years of experience supporting the mental health and relational wellbeing of individuals, families, and children, Lyndsay continually witnesses the power of therapeutic play and loving presence to move through pain, integrate trauma response, and repair attachment wounds.
As the daughter of a parent born into an orphanage and raised in foster care, Lyndsay knows personally the impact of unresolved generational trauma. From this experience and a journey of restoration, grew her passion to connect parents and children in healing relationships and to support adults in repairing childhood wounds. As knowledge is a powerful resource, speaking and teaching on the topics of play therapy, emotions, and trauma are important parts of her service to her local community.
