About This Session

Navigate the Challenges of Modern Life

As parents, we have values about creating an ideal environment for our family. Examples of values might be aspirational ideas about safety, personal growth, health, spiritual formation, etc. We live in a complex world where “normal” patterns of behavior sabotage flourishing. This seminar will include insights from world-renown authors and researchers on the additive and dangerous nature of technology/cell phones, the standard American diet, insufficient sleep, etc. Attendees will leave with research-informed ways to immediately implement wellbeing practices for themselves and their families.
